Da Yan Wild Goose Qi Gong
Weekly Classes
TIME:6:30PM TO 7:30PM THURSDAYS
PRICE: £10
Beeches
Primary School
Grand Master Yin Zhu Yan has given Mark
his blessing to teach Da Yan Gong this
is the first time to our knowledge that
this beautiful style of Qi Gong has been
taught authentically and fully in
Peterborough.
Covered in these will be the Ju Jie
form, the postures of the first 64 step
form and meditations.
DA YAN
Qigong is well known for its lovely and
graceful movements, which are suggestive
of the image of a wild and carefree
goose as it goes about its daily life.
The movements are simple and easy to
learn, suitable for old and young.
As a "movement-oriented" Qigong, Da Yan
movements and postures naturally open up
our twelve regular meridians and two of
the extra-ordinary meridians .
Practicing Wild Goose Qigong can and
will over time:
-
Improve blood circulation
-
Develop breathing and movement
coordination
-
Increase body and mind flexibility
-
Cultivate awareness of Qi in and
around our bodies.
-
Stimulates all the principle
channels and acupoints
-
Also known as Longevity Qigong, it is
said the Da Yan first 64 clears the body
of all the accumulated physical and
emotional baggage we have picked up
since birth.
